My name is Brian k. and Im one of the creators of this blog page and this is my 1971 Corvette which is my own project car. The car was prevously owned by my father who bought it in 1980 and has now moved on to another toy his 2001 Corvette giving me the 1971 corvette as a project. The car is in great shape because it was repainted and all the chrome was refinished only a few years ago and the interior is almost perfect, but the mechanics of the car have definitly seen better days. So Im keeping the transmission and putting in a whole new small block chevy motor with a new front suspencion, and a redone rear suspencion. In the future I hope to put bigger brakes on it and a new set of 17 in. five spoke wheels and my dream car would be complete.
